Refine your public speaking and end your communication apprehension for success!

Public speaking can cause feelings of anxiety for many individuals. This fear to communicate, and fear to speak publicly in front of others is a popular phenomenon referred to as “Communication apprehension”, or “Glossophobia” (Glaser, 2023).

With the right training, tools, and practice, students can be guided on how to become more comfortable with this necessity in life. This skills lab will focus on developing those skills and providing students with real world practice among their peers.

This Skills Lab is a supportive environment that will help guide you on your way to a lifetime of success.

This is a free service available to BSC students enrolled in BSC courses.
