Within the Registration process you will be asked whether you give BSC a photo release. By checking yes, you are giving Bismarck State College absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use registrant's name, video-taped images and/or photographic images, without compensation. You understand that the College cannot control the use of registrant's name or image once such name or image is published. You hereby release and discharge Bismarck State College from any and all claims and demands. BISMARCK STATE COLLEGE MAY: Copyright video-taped or photographic images in Bismarck State College's name or any other name they may choose. Use, re-use and re-publish the same in whole or in part individually or in conjunction with other video or photographs, in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever, including, (but not limited to) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade.
