This course will introduce students to the instrumentation and control systems commonly found in water and wastewater facilities. This will include instruments associated with the measurement of temperature, flow, pressure, and level, amongst other parameters. Students will also be introduced to concepts such as control loops, programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and SCADA systems.
